Vinsi04 was born in 2019 from an idea of Carlo Simioli, the third in a family of artisanal wine lovers and producers. In fact, Carlo inherits the passion from his grandfather Carlo and his father, both producers of artisanal wine in the old family Masseria where Carlo grew up. Since 2004 Carlo has been approaching production methods alongside his father Salvatore, refining and learning all the production techniques that make an artisanal wine special.
Destiny and passion for this work have allowed him to realize his dream: a new label that takes Campania’s wines to the next level. The wines all come from the Campania region, such as Primitivo IGP, Falanghina dei Campi Flegrei DOC, Falanghina IGP, Exclusive Greco, Aglianico IGP and Piedirosso dei Campi Flegrei.
The cultivation methods are divided into two types: traditional and “free foot”. From the moment of harvest, the grapes are carefully checked and selected before moving on to the actual production process.
The production, as per tradition, begins in the first ten days of September and ends in the third ten days of October, with the maceration of the peels which takes place respecting the controlled temperature parameters (between 20 ° and 28 °), before moving on to bottling phase in which the wine is stored in stainless steel tanks.
“Our goal is to create a wine suitable for a young audience but attentive to tradition, with a balanced, fresh and harmonious product for the palate.”
