Falanghina Campi Flegrei DOC


At 110 meters above sea level on sandy soil, our Falanghina Campi Flegrei DOC grows. The cultivation method is traditional with Guyot pruning techniques, with the harvest taking place in the first ten days of October. Following maceration with the peels, the wine is aged in stainless steel barrels before being bottled.

At sight it has a straw yellow color, while the aroma shows slightly fruity floral notes.

The structure, delicate and soft, makes this wine capable of combining with many traditional dishes from Campania.

Pairings: first courses based on fish, seafood and fresh cheeses.
